Questions about plans
What counts as a supplier document?
Each file Stockpace reads: an invoice, price list, order confirmation or similar, whether it came from your mailbox, a forwarding address, Dropbox or an upload. Emails that aren’t supplier documents don’t count. If you reach your allowance, new documents wait until next month or until you change plan — nothing is lost.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, any time, from the Plan card in Stockpace’s Settings or from your Shopify admin. Shopify adjusts the charge for you.
What happens when the trial ends?
Shopify starts charging the plan you chose. If you uninstall during the trial, you pay nothing.
Do you offer a discount for early stores?
Yes. Stores joining the beta get a longer trial and a founding-store discount in exchange for honest feedback. Ask about the beta.
Is there a free plan?
No. Reading supplier documents and keeping two years of sales up to date costs real money to run, so every plan is paid after the trial.
