Dashboard
The Dashboard shows, brand by brand, what you need to order now and what it will cost, so you can decide which purchase orders to raise first.
What it counts
The Dashboard uses the same recommended quantities as the Replenishment tab. It only includes active products that are replenished, and only the sales channels you count (shown under the Summary as Sales counted: …). The Amazon FBA, Wholesale and Plan for switches at the top of the page change the Dashboard too.
Summary
Click Summary to fold the totals open or closed. Stockpace remembers your choice in this browser. Folded, it shows one line: brands, units, value at cost and number of urgent products.

The brand table
Each row is a vendor (supplier) with something to order.

| Min order | ✓ = the supplier's minimum is reached, short … = how much is missing, ? = some lines have no supplier price, so the total is incomplete |

Click a column heading to sort by it. Type in Search brand / vendor to find a brand. Tick Also brands with nothing to order but an open PO to see brands you are already waiting on.
On a touch screen, tap the brand cell to see its product list.
Acting on it
- Create a purchase order. Press Create PO on a row. Stockpace creates a draft PO with every product to order for that vendor and opens it. If the vendor already has a draft, the row links to it instead. See Purchase orders.
- Stop replenishing a whole brand. Press ⊘ on a row when you no longer buy a brand. None of its products, including ones added later, will be recommended. Open POs are not changed. Stopped brands are listed under the table as Not replenished; press restore to bring one back. You can also do this in Vendors.
- Work through urgent products. Open the Summary and click Urgent products. Replenishment opens with every out-of-stock and order-now product across all brands.
